Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a graphic design intern who can transform content ideas into polished, engaging and visually consistent creative assets.

You will collaborate with the marketing team and content creators to design graphics for social media, campaigns, blogs, case studies, presentations and other digital marketing initiatives.

This role is best suited to someone who has a strong eye for layout, typography, composition and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, LinkedIn carousels, Instagram posts and Stories.
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, announcements, hiring initiatives and company updates.
• Design graphics for blogs, articles, landing pages and case studies.
• Assist in developing advertising creatives and campaign variations for different audiences.
• Create presentation slides, marketing collateral and other branded assets.
• Convert content briefs and written concepts into clear, visually engaging designs.
• Maintain consistency across brand colours, typography, layouts and visual identity.
• Work with content creators and marketing team members to understand briefs and meet deadlines.
• Review feedback and make design improvements through iterative revisions.
• Organise and maintain editable design files and reusable creative templates.

What We Are Looking For

• A good understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, composition and colour.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to create clean, modern and professional designs.
• Attention to detail and consistency across different formats.
• Ability to understand a brief and translate it into effective visual communication.
• Willingness to accept feedback and improve designs.
• A portfolio demonstrating practical design ability.

Preferred Qualifications

Students or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or related disciplines.

Experience creating social media graphics, carousels, advertising creatives or presentation designs is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
