Graphic Designer

IMC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and professional marketing creatives that strengthen our brand identity, promote our training and certification programs, and support our digital marketing campaigns.

You should have a strong understanding of design principles, visual communication, branding, and digital advertising, with the ability to transform marketing briefs into engaging and high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Digital Design
• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create promotional posts for training programs, professional certifications, course launches, offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media carousels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
• Develop visually compelling creatives to improve audience engagement and generate enquiries.
• Advertising & Campaign Creatives
• Design graphics for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Create campaign creatives for lead generation, brand awareness, remarketing, and promotional offers.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Adapt designs to different advertising formats, placements, and audience requirements.
• Website & Marketing Materials
• Design website banners, landing-page graphics, promotional visuals, brochures, flyers, company profiles, and other marketing collateral.
• Create professional visual materials for training programs, corporate clients, events, and certification courses.
• Ensure consistency across digital and offline marketing materials.
• Branding & Visual Communication
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative assets.
• Apply appropriate typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure all designs align with IMC’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Edit and enhance images through background removal, retouching, masking, colour correction, and image manipulation.
• Team Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with the Marketing Head, Video Editor, Content Writer, and SEO Specialist to execute marketing campaigns.
• Convert creative briefs and campaign objectives into effective visual concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback, make revisions, and maintain high standards of accuracy and design quality.
• Organize design files and maintain reusable creative assets and templates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva and other relevant graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing social media creatives and digital advertising materials.
• Ability to create professional, visually engaging, and conversion-focused designs.
• Understanding of different creative formats and specifications for social media and digital advertising platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A portfolio showcasing social media designs, advertising creatives, branding projects, and digital marketing materials.
• Experience working with digital marketing teams or marketing agencies.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and lead-generation campaigns.
• Ability to understand brand requirements and translate them into effective visual communication.
• A proactive attitude, creative thinking, and willingness to learn and improve.
