Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, design studio, print production house, or related environment.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva, and should be capable of creating engaging social media creatives, marketing collateral, branding assets, reels, and production-ready artwork.

The candidate must have strong creative thinking abilities, attention to detail, knowledge of print production processes, and the ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Voice of Brands Communications (VOB) is an 18 year old advertising, branding, and digital marketing agency serving clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a talented, creative, and highly efficient Graphic Designer who can deliver high-quality work at speed and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and marketing creatives.
• Create brand identity elements, brochures, flyers, catalogues, packaging, standees, posters, and promotional materials.
• Develop visual concepts aligned with client branding and campaign objectives.
• Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
• Create presentation designs and corporate communication materials.

Social Media & Video Content

• Design and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and motion-based content.
• Create visually appealing content optimized for social media engagement.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to develop campaign creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media design trends and content formats.

Print & Production Coordination

• Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications.
• Understand color profiles, bleed, crop marks, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with printers and production vendors when required.
• Ensure artwork quality and accuracy before final production.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with account managers, content writers, and marketing strategists.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual communication.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Required Skills
