About the Role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer Executive (Social Media & Ad Creatives) to create high-performing static and carousel creatives, ad creatives and brand assets for our D2C clients. You will work closely with the performance marketing, content and video teams to turn briefs into scroll-stopping designs that drive results.

What You Will Do

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories and Meta & Google ad creatives for multiple D2C brands.
• Create banners, website/landing page creatives, emailers, catalogues and brand collaterals.
• Translate creative briefs and campaign objectives into on-brand, conversion-focused designs.
• Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing and iterate based on performance data.
• Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with copywriters, video editors and performance marketers on campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends, Instagram trends and best-performing ad formats.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer (agency or D2C brand experience preferred).
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva; Figma, InDesign or After Effects is a plus.
• A strong portfolio of social media and ad creatives (please share your portfolio link).
• Good sense of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Able to manage multiple brands and deliver on tight timelines.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
