Graphic Designer Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality visual communication for digital marketing, branding, websites, presentations, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and digital assets like static posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives, festival posts, and promotional designs.
• Develop creative concepts based on content calendars.
• Convert content/copy into visually engaging social media designs.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms.
• Follow individual client brand guidelines.
• Work closely with social media executives and content writers.
• Stay updated on current social media design trends.
• Create brand-consistent designs based on client requirements.
• Develop creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with digital marketing, content, web, and social media teams.
• Understand briefs and convert ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Adapt existing brand guidelines across different formats and platforms.
• Handle multiple client projects and deliver within timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva and other modern design tools.
• Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts, and branding.
• Ability to develop original visual concepts.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should submit a portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, and social media design work.

Key expectation:

• Good understanding of social media dimensions and formats.
• Strong sense of typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and composition.
• Ability to produce creative concepts quickly.
• Basic video/reel editing skills will be an advantage.
