Dream Apex Realties is the proud developer of 24 High Business Park, Navi Mumbai’s ultra-premium commercial tower. Strategically located on the Sion-Panvel Highway, 24 High offers high-end office spaces and double-height retail showrooms. With 650+ units already sold, we are shaping Navi Mumbai’s most iconic business address.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. You’ll be responsible for designing high-quality digital and print creatives to showcase the premium identity of 24 High across advertising, social media, brochures, and branding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create eye-catching graphics for ads, social media, stories, WhatsApp creatives, brochures, banners, and flyers.

Design Google and Meta ad creatives across multiple formats (square, vertical, horizontal).

Work on reel covers, static post designs, landing page visuals, and outdoor branding (hoardings, standees).

Maintain and evolve the visual branding of 24 High using black & gold luxury themes.

Collaborate with the marketing team for fast turnaround creatives aligned with campaign objectives.

Edit renders, floor plans, and on-site visuals to match brand aesthetics.

Skills Required

Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (Canva, Premiere Pro is a bonus)

Excellent eye for layout, typography, colors, and branding

Ability to design across formats: digital, print, motion (basic reel/video editing is a plus)

Experience with real estate, luxury, or high-ticket branding preferred

Candidate Profile

1–3 years of relevant experience in design roles

Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, brochure designs, ad creatives

Able to work in a fast-paced marketing environment

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
