Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-orientated digital creative designer to develop engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and an understanding of social media trends to create visually appealing content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative posts, banners, posters, and promotional graphics for social media platforms.
• Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Design ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and edit reels, short videos, and other visual content as required.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and creative formats.
• Use graphic design and AI-powered tools to create high-quality visual content.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Make revisions and optimize designs based on feedback and campaign requirements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.
• Good knowledge of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to convert ideas and briefs into engaging visual designs.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
