Graphic Designer

You will be working with Changing Tree, a prominent Creative and Technology solution provider for global brands. With over two decades of experience, the team at Changing Tree supports top companies in managing their Digital marketing and operations seamlessly. Your role will involve creating graphics and designing layouts for various platforms such as print ads, flyers, email newsletters, blogs, and social media accounts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing department to provide design solutions for campaigns. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry-leading designers on how to apply design theory to marketing campaigns and utilize software like Adobe Illustrator and Picasa for creating pixel-perfect illustrations. Key Responsibilities: - Create graphics and design layouts for print ads, flyers, email newsletters, blog, and social media - Collaborate with the marketing department to support campaigns with design solutions - Learn and apply design theory to marketing campaigns - Use graphic design software to work on a wide range of media - Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the team - Amend final designs based on client feedback and gain approval - Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives, etc. Qualifications Required: - Proven graphic designing experience of 2-5 years - Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality - Demonstrable Graphic Design skills with a strong portfolio - Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively - Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc) - Showcase at least three pieces of work demonstrating the documentation of the design process from start to finish - Highly proficient in all design aspects - Professionalism regarding time management and meeting deadlines You will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and be an immediate joiner for this full-time permanent position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bengaluru before starting work.
