Graphic Designer Associate

As a Graphic Designer Associate, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging designs that resonate with our brand and audience. Your creative skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in producing social media creatives, banners, and various marketing collateral that showcase our brand in a consistent and compelling manner. Key responsibilities in this role include designing a range of visual content, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs. You will also be responsible for editing and retouching images as necessary, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, and delivering projects on time. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva/Figma, along with a minimum of 1 year of design experience. A strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout is essential, as well as the ability to showcase your creativity through a portfolio of past design work. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also key attributes for success in this role. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our location.
