Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic designing, video editing, and motion graphics to create engaging marketing and promotional content for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design attractive social media creatives, brochures, banners, flyers, hoardings, and promotional materials for real estate projects.
- Create and edit high-quality property walkthrough videos, project promotional videos, Instagram reels, and YouTube content.
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Design marketing materials for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Edit construction site videos, project progress updates, and property showcase videos.
- Create digital advertisements and promotional campaigns for property launches and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
- Handle multiple creative projects independently and deliver within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Experience in creating real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and social media reels.
- Good knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video transitions.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or architecture industry will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.
