We are looking for a passionate, creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs and contribute to the company's branding, marketing and product communication initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design engaging social media creatives, posts, carousels, stories and promotional campaigns.

2. Create branding assets, marketing materials, brochures, posters, banners and presentations.

3. Assist in developing visual identities, brand guidelines and creative concepts.

4. Design advertisements and promotional creatives for digital marketing campaigns.

5. Collaborate with marketing, product and business development teams to understand creative requirements.

6. Develop visual concepts for product launches, announcements, events and company initiatives.

7. Maintain consistency in typography, colour palettes, layouts and overall brand identity.

8. Research emerging graphic design trends and contribute innovative creative ideas.

9. Create visually appealing presentations, infographics and other communication materials.

10. Work on multiple creative assignments, incorporate feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory and visual composition.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or Figma.

- Creativity and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into high-quality visual designs.

- Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail and visual storytelling.

- Ability to experiment with different design styles and creative approaches.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.

- Willingness to learn, adapt and take ownership of creative projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Students or recent graduates pursuing Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or related disciplines.

- A portfolio showcasing original designs, personal projects or previous creative assignments.

- Knowledge of branding, social media design, digital marketing creatives and visual communication will be an added advantage.

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing or basic animation will be an advantage.

Internship Details

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + Work From Office)

PopPop Labs offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Interns have the freedom to choose between working from home and working from the office. Both options are available, allowing individuals to work in the environment that best suits their productivity and convenience.

Work Location: Office / Remote – Candidate's choice.

Working Arrangement: Flexible, subject to team coordination, project requirements and assigned responsibilities.
