Graphic Design (Digital)- Lead

As the Lead - Graphic Design at our global marketing and corporate communications company, you will play a pivotal role in driving and translating creative ideas into impactful designs. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of graphic designers, conceptualizing innovative design solutions for various projects, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. You will be working closely with our global creative agency teams and collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services to our global clients, including Fortune 50 companies. Your role will involve providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to help your team achieve their full potential, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and developing and maintaining design processes and best practices to optimize efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have 6-9 years of proven experience as a Lead Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in Graphic design. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. You should also have previous experience in a leadership or management role within a design team, expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and in-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, a strong sense of visual aesthetics, and the ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members are essential qualities for this role. Familiarity with web design principles, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices would be a plus. Excellent leadership and team management skills are also required to inspire and motivate a creative team effectively.
