Builder has promised us soft possession by may 2020. But they gave it in may 2022. Also, have to pursue for possession after full payment. There are no facilities or free space around building.

If you are looking for stand alone tower with basic infrastructure, it's a very good option to explore. Though construction is in progress but at comparatively slow pace. I hope they will complete their ongoing projects on extended timelines at least

Hell with this builder ….no communication from crm only extended dates are given all fake commitments…don’t put your hard earned money… I made a mistake and lost my 5 glorious years of my life just paying emi’s .still doing as possession not received…

Very Poor construction quality of Puranik's buildings, located at Grand Central, Vartak Nagar, Thane. We got possession just before 6 months, and there is huge leakages inside wall and breaks through outside walls. Never saw or heard such construction quality of any builder in Thane. #Worst Builder

The apartments at Puraniks Grand Central are very spacious and well-designed. The natural light and ventilation is great, making the space feel very open and airy.

As we visited Puraniks Grand Central, we were informed that the price of a 1 BHK apartment is around Rs. 80 lakhs, while the starting price of a 2 BHK apartment was around Rs. 1.2 crores.

Worst have invested here and work is stopped.. pathetic customer service they lay a red carpet until u invest them.. after that zero customer service recommend not to invest at all. They commit one date in agreement and show different possession date on RERA.
