The flats are spacious and reasonable priced. I personally liked the fact that malls, hospitals, schools and Upvan lake are all nearby from Puraniks Grand Central.

Registration done back in Apr 2019 but untill sept 24 no committed dates been achieved..earlier always gave excuse of corona but after corona vanished from the world still property not handed over to the customers..No confirmed dates or formal communication is been given to the customers..only false commitments..
