Good place to look for flats . But it's a decent place . Flats made at very limited locations . I meant no gardens not much amaneties .they are charging for location . That's it . Its a place to stay without keeping any expectations from a society location perspective. Locality is good but not worth the price

For your information, if you are looking for a property in Thane, I would advise against purchasing a future home from Puraniks. They are the worst builders I have encountered. Their team does not provide proper service after the home is purchased. They do not keep their promises, give fake updates, and possession is never on time.
