My flat key C107 received today, December 12, 2024. The handing over procedure is thoroughly explained by Mr. Xavier and Mr. Parthiban, who are part of the handing over team. We are happy with him.

Booked Utopia in 2019 october, still now not get the flat but paying emi from 2020 to till 2024 and also house rental and also own money which i invested for this apratment. so dont any get fooled like us and NOT RECOMMENDING TO BUY ANY CASAGRAND PROJECT AND GET FOOLED LIKE US PLEASSEEEE!!
