It took almost 5 months to get the refund that too after multiple follow ups. There should have been a faster and smooth process for refund. But Ejaz was very prompt in following up and getting the refund

Refund from Casagranda is very delayed process. It took 1month to get ticket raised and took 1 more month to get it finally refund after follow ups.
The only part that got processed in right time is after the request is assigned to Ejaz from Refund Team. He actively followed up with request and got it done within a week.
