Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining food processing machinery, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, monitoring product quality, and performing routine equipment inspections. This role is located in Jabalpur and requires adherence to ISO, HACCP, and Organic India certification guidelines. Daily tasks will include machinery setup and adjustments, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications Experience with operating and maintaining food processing machinery Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Organic India food safety standards Ability to monitor and ensure product quality and perform routine equipment inspections Skills in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing machinery setup and adjustments Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

The Factory Care Taker will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities within the factory, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and maintaining equipment functionality. Duties include monitoring product quality, managing inventory, coordinating with team members, and addressing any customer service needs that arise. The role focuses on maintaining a high standard of hygiene, safety, and efficiency within the facility.
