At Grainarch, we’re building a design-led timber & furniture brand — intentionally, from the ground up — by restructuring a 30-year-old legacy infrastructure At this stage, I’m looking to bring one junior architect into the company — someone who is curious, committed, and genuinely interested in learning how design turns into real products and real spaces. This is a long-term role. Not about quick projects or job hopping, but about growing together as we build the foundation of the brand. ⸻ What I’m looking for A junior architect who: • Cares about design, materials, and making • Wants to understand furniture, timber, joinery, and manufacturing • Is comfortable spending time on sites, workshops, and factories • Enjoys learning by doing, not just drawing • Is looking to stay and grow with a company over time If you believe good design doesn’t stop at drawings — and only truly matters once it’s built — you’ll fit well here. ⸻ What this role offers • Hands-on exposure across furniture design, interiors, and production • Real responsibility from early on • The opportunity to help shape the design language of a growing brand • A clear path to grow as the business grows We’ll start small, move carefully, learn fast, and build momentum together. ⸻ Location & compensation Based in Kerala (Kollam).
