Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will work closely with PhD and doctoral aspirants to provide end-to-end academic guidance and support, including offering personalized mentorship and advice on academic planning. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, conducting career counseling sessions, providing tailored guidance for academic success, and ensuring students are on track to meet their research milestones. The role requires close coordination with both students and mentors to facilitate a smooth academic journey. Qualifications Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and motivate individuals effectively. Strong background in Academic Advising and Education, with the ability to support students through their doctoral research journeys. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and collaborate with diverse individuals. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage and track student progress effectively. Prior experience in academic institutions or similar mentorship platforms is an advantage. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
