Employees are friendly here. If you need to use the restroom they will give you the code on the bottom of your receipt after ordering. First time trying White Castle that isn’t from the frozen section and it was okay. Nothing to write home about; just your typical White Castle.

Ordered burgers, fries, and chicken rings. The food was ok. Nothing special. It's definitely a plus that it's open 24 hours, especially in the Fremont area. Depending on the time, though, this location gets packed. Long lines, it's hard to get a table, and it tends to be dirty.

The 1 ordering kiosk is a joke. Line of people out the door and even more people walking out mad because of the wait time. The male manager on duty was a complete jerk to his staff and rude and short with customers. Not worth it!

I won't ever go back to this place. 40 minutes in line because no worker wanted to work the cash register. Just let people order one at a time on a kiosk machine that everyone had problems with. DO NOT GO HERE
