Role & responsibilities Please visit website www.zwez.in Technical Service & Support (Engagement 90%) 1) Conduct chemical trials at customer sites for zinc phosphating, lubricants, polymers and related products. 2) Perform bath analysis, maintain process parameters and ensure SOP compliance. 3) Train operators, supervisors and quality teams on proper chemical handling and process control at customer place 4) Prepare technical reports, trial summaries and corrective and preventive action plans Sales & Business Development (Engagement 10%) 1) Identify potential customers in the metal surface treatment, forging, wire and tube drawing industries, in the given region. 2) Generate new enquiries and pass the enquiry to Sales team or convert them into active business. 3) Manage existing customer accounts and increase wallet share 4) Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers. 5) Trace market trends, competitors and u pcoming industrial projects. Operational & Co-ordination activities: 1) Co-ordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely material delivery 2) Maintain records of service visits and customer interactions in CRM 3) Work closely with the Mangers, Germany R & D team for technical inputs and product development 4) Ensure documentation accuracy -SDS, TDS, SOPs, test reports etc. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with Diplomo (Chemical)/BSc Chemistry or Bio-chemistry/M.Sc Chemistry or Bio Chemistry/ B.E./B Tech in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
