My experience with Gozo cab very bad.asked to deposit state tax 340 rs for same state and toll tax 140 rs but actual toll 105 I give zero marks for that but behaviour of driver is nice but car owner asked driver to take state tax.it is not actually paid by me

We booked a cab, even after repeated reminders about the same, the cab and driver details were not shared. Eventually, 5 minute before scheduled pick up, during a follow up call with them, they tell that the cab is having issues. We had to make alternative arrangements.

I just inquired about price but after that they started chasing me to complete my booking by calling me multiple times and even messaged me on WhatsApp. On one instance service executive misbehaved with me and abused me over phone. Thankfully I didn’t booked trip with them

Very poor service...driver misbehaved with me......I booked a cab from Bulandshahr to Jaipur....worst experience ever....He even didn't even helped with the luggage....driver was soo ill mannered and rude...cab was in very bad condition.....
