Horrible experience with GoZo car service. I have to pay Rs.700 to traffic police as the driver didnt carry proper documentations of the car.Gozo should have checked proper papers before giving service to the customer. I appeal to everybody to stay away from GoZo service.

BIG FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. They show initial amount as less with toll tax and state tax inclusive but at the end if the trip the amount that you have to pay would be much higher. And they don’t listen to the customer as well.

Worst customer care and worst driver. Booked two times and both experiences were the worst. Driver never comes on time and right places. Always ask for 500 extra .. rude and not safe for people. Please avoid if you can.

bunch of frauds, cheats and liars. I wish there could be a public announcement warning people of how uethical and fradulent these people are so that no one ever books with them, and their company shuts for good. They put us through hell for a cab booking.
