Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Advisor to manage and grow offline ticket sales in Madurai. This is a front-line role responsible for engaging walk-in customers, driving conversions, and representing the Zingbus brand at our offline booking counter. Key Responsibilities: Drive offline ticket sales by attending to walk-in customers at the booking counter. Educate passengers about Zingbus services, routes, and offers. Maintain cleanliness and brand visibility at the counter. Work closely with the team to meet monthly sales targets. Share local insights and customer feedback for continuous service improvement. Handle basic cash transactions and follow SOPs for cash handling and ticket issuance. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass; 12th or graduate preferred. Prior experience in bus ticketing, travel, or sales roles preferred. Good communication skills in Tamil and basic understanding of English/Hindi. Familiarity with smartphones and ticket booking apps is a plus. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment. Local candidates from Madurai preferred. Job Title: Inside Sales Executives Location: Chennai Job Type : Full Time Regional Language is Must Job Overview : We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive B2B sales through Travel Agents located across different locations. You will be working closely on new Onboarding, Training, Relationship building and Retention to close deals efficiently and achieve sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: • Identify and target potential B2B clients in the travel sector through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand business relationships with existing ones. • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services and provide value-based consultations to clients, offering solutions to their business challenges. • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and progress to the Sales Manager. • Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals by understanding client needs and aligning solutions effectively. • Conducting in-person meetings with potential clients to drive business growth and build strong relationships.
