Maintain detailed call logs and activity tracking in CRM system with daily and weekly reporting. Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify potential customers that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) using various prospecting tools. Build targeted prospect lists from industry databases, LinkedIn, and company research. Qualify leads through discovery questions. Conduct pre-call research to personalize outreach and increase conversion rates. Appointment Setting & Handoffs Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. Provide detailed prospect briefings to Account Executives including pain points, budget, timeline, and decision-making process. Ensure smooth lead handoffs with proper introduction emails and meeting preparation. Multi-Channel Support Integrate cold calling with email sequences as part of omnichannel outreach. Follow up on email campaigns with strategic phone calls to increase engagement. Leverage LinkedIn for social selling to warm up prospects before calling. Required Qualifications Experience & Education 1-2 years of cold calling experience in B2B sales or similar outbound role. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call volume and appointment setting targets. Core Skills Exceptional verbal communication with confidence to engage C-level decision-makers. Strong persistence and resilience to handle rejection and maintain positivity through high-volume calling. Results Metrics 10-15 qualified meetings booked per month for Account Executives. 15-20% connect rate on cold calls with proper targeting and timing.
