We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our performance marketing, growth strategy, and client success. This role requires strong leadership, deep hands-on expertise, and the ability to scale brands through paid ads, social media, and data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads & performance campaigns Oversee social media growth strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, creatives & strategists Analyze KPIs, ROAS, CAC, funnels & conversion metrics Work closely with sales & clients to drive revenue growth Scale client accounts and agency operations Requirements 8+ years of experience in digital marketing Proven experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics & tracking Leadership experience (team handling is mandatory) Experience in agency environment preferred Strategic thinker with execution mindset Preferred Skills Funnel building & conversion optimization Instagram growth & content strategy understanding Client communication & reporting Automation tools & CRM knowledge Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
