We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Aerospace team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Quality Management Systems (QMS) , process documentation , and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold stringent Aerospace quality standards (AS9100 / ISO 9001) . Key Responsibilities; Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards. Prepare, review, and update SOPs , process manuals , and other quality documentation. Conduct internal audits , support external audits, and assist in maintaining certifications and compliance. Identify and monitor non-conformities ; implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) . Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure product and process quality. Maintain and report key quality performance metrics to management. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product reliability. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Aerospace Quality Systems , QMS , and SOP documentation . Familiarity with AS9100 , ISO 9001 , and other Aerospace quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and technical teams . Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering. Experience: 2 - 5 years in Aerospace manufacturing , engineering , or precision component industries . Hands-on experience with internal audits , process improvement , and QMS implementation .
