Job Responsibilities: Handle daily billing operations on the POS system. Generate invoices, process cash/UPI payments smoothly. Ensure accurate entry of customer details and billing items. Maintain cash counter discipline and reconciliation at day-end. Provide courteous customer service during billing and queries. Report any POS issues, discrepancies, or errors to the supervisor. Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries for purchase bills. Verify incoming stock with purchase invoices and update quantities in the system. Requirements: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS machines. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/store environment.
