Govindam Dairy Desserts is looking for a smart, and customer-friendly lady to manage the front desk and serve at our Shrikhand counter. Key Responsibilities :Greet and attend to walk-in customers with a smile and positive attitude Learn and explain the different Shrikhand flavours and product offerings Take and pack orders accurately Generate bills using the billing system (training will be provided) Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the counter area Coordinate with the kitchen for order readiness Assist during gifting orders and festive rush Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere Female candidate, preferably aged 20–35 Must speak Hindi & Tamil basic English is a plus Prior customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
