As a Chemistry Analyst at our company in Virar, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to conduct chemical testing on raw materials and finished goods related to Balanced Cattle Feed for Cows & Buffaloes. You'll be working with products such as Compounded Feed for Cattle (Santulit Pashu Aahaar) and their raw materials. The key duties and qualifications for this role are as follows: **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform chemical testing of raw materials and finished goods according to the latest BIS parameters (IS 2052:2023) for parameters such as Crude Fat, Crude Protein, Crude Fibre, Acid Insoluble Ash (Sand Silica), Salt, Moisture, Sulphur, Nitrogen, Urea, etc. - Independently handle calibration of instruments. - Safely handle and maintain chemicals and glassware. - Ensure quality control and proper documentation of samples. **Qualifications Required:** - BSc Chemistry or MSc Chemistry (Analytical). - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the cattle feed industry. - Prior experience in handling apparatus and processes such as Soxhlet apparatus, distillation & titration apparatus, digital spectrophotometer, muffle furnace, hot air oven, magnetic stirrer, digital weighing balance, etc. It is mandatory for candidates to have prior experience in the cattle feed industry to be considered for this position.
