Overview Only Female candidates can apply We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist & Sales Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our prestigious real estate project, The Opulent . This role is critical as it serves as the face of the project and plays a vital role in capturing, maintaining, and converting initial sales inquiries from both the site and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Front Office & Administrative Management (Site-Based) First Impression: Warmly welcome all visitors, clients, and vendors to The Opulent site office, creating a positive and professional first impression. Call Management: Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate sales team members or departments. Site Management: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and common client meeting spaces. Inventory: Manage office supplies and coordinate with administrative staff as needed. 2. Lead & Inquiry Management (Core Focus) Lead Capture & Entry: Accurately and promptly capture contact details and specific requirements from all sources (walk-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms) into the CRM system/Lead Tracker. Database Maintenance: Regularly update, clean, and maintain the sales lead database to ensure all records are current and complete. Initial Qualification: Perform basic screening of inbound inquiries to understand their needs and determine if they are a genuine prospect before handing them over to the Sales Manager. Tracking: Ensure every inquiry is logged and properly tagged based on its source (e.g., Social Media, Website, Broker, Walk-in). 3. Lead Calling & Engagement (Sales Support) Social Media Follow-up: The primary responsibility will be to proactively call and follow up with all leads generated through social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to confirm interest, provide initial project details, and schedule site visits. Initial Pitch: Confidently convey the key selling points and luxury features of The Opulent project. Appointment Setting: Coordinate and confirm appointments and site visits. Feedback Collection: Collect preliminary feedback from prospects after the initial call and update the CRM accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Tele-caller, preferably within the Real Estate sector or fresher. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, with a clear and professional telephone manner. Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a proactive and sales-oriented attitude.
