Job Title: Full-Time General Physician (MD) 📍 Location: Gopinath Hospital, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan 🕒 Type: Full-Time | On-Site 🩺 Department: General Medicine Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate MD General Physician to join our clinical team at Gopinath Hospital — a 50-bedded NABH-accredited multispecialty hospital. The physician will be responsible for managing a wide spectrum of adult medical conditions, both OPD and IPD, with a strong emphasis on patient well-being. The role calls for sound clinical judgment, clear and compassionate communication, ethical medical practice, and a commitment to improving patient care and hospital standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients. Manage OPD and IPD cases, including medical emergencies, chronic diseases, and routine ailments. Coordinate with other departments (ICU, Surgery, Gynaecology, etc.) for multidisciplinary patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Supervise and guide junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff. Ensure documentation and prescriptions follow ethical and regulatory standards. Participate in clinical audits, patient safety protocols, and hospital quality initiatives. Maintain active communication with patient families and ensure compassionate care delivery.
