Job Description

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting multiple international markets. Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis for various regions. Develop geo-targeted ad copy and creatives aligned with local trends and search behavior. Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score) and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Manage and allocate budgets across regions to maximize ROI and maintain efficiency. Collaborate with localization teams or use tools to adapt campaigns for different languages and cultures. Perform A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Stay updated on international trends, platform updates, and best practices in Google Ads. Requirements 25 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Demonstrated success in running international campaigns across multiple countries and languages. Strong understanding of all Google Ads campaign types (Search, Display, PMax). Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking. Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and keyword research platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar). Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of performance metrics and optimization techniques. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
