The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and guiding the sales team, conducting market research, and analyzing sales performance. They will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and reporting to senior management on sales metrics and progress. Qualifications Sales strategy development, Market research, and Sales performance analysis Team management, Client relationship building, and Negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work on-site in Samastipur Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in sales management is a plus
