Very poor service. Not responding to phone calls. They asked to come to their office to collect the items. Does not deserve even 1 star, but no option from google. Google to review their system and indicate options for negatives to highlight.

This courier service should be shut down with immediate effect... One of the worst courier in terms of everything, they don't deliver timely, they don't respond on phone, their web service or mail both r worst... They are not at all concerned about customer consignment at all

bad service, no one receive phone calls and guide properly. I call many time to ask some quiry but no one receive call.

They r of no use kindly don't waste your time here .....they r useless..nd they won't be responding on your call aswell...one of the verst service i have ever seen....no coustmer support...as well

such a bad courier service. they dont even bother to help customer and dont even respond properly and neither have proper contact details of GOOD LUCK COMMERCIAL SERVICE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR ALSO.

I wish I could give negative ratings. The most unprofessional and pathetic service I have ever encountered. Would have been a lot better if they face some legal action for such fraud.

Courier was booked on 28th of oct from cuttack and received in kolkata on 3rd of nov. Almost 6 days. Is this we expect from them

They charged me Rs 250 when they said their charge was 100 which was confirmed by another staff .Thieves charging more in the name of rakhi but the package did not contain rakhi even.

Not very easy to find and the location is mismatched on the maps the actual location and the location shown on the maps both are having the same office but the operations or deliveries are carried out at nearby another location.
