Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers for secured and unsecured loan products through field visits, referrals, and digital channels. Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable loan products. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSA networks, and referral agents. Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements.
