We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Civil Construction to lead and oversee the execution of our real estate residential/commercial project in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating materials, labor, and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of all civil works as per design, quality, and safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day construction site operations and supervise civil work. Complete Construction Knowledge Plan project schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Estimate material requirements and ensure timely procurement. Manage on-site workforce, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor quality of construction and ensure adherence to safety norms. Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays. Control project costs, minimize wastage, and maintain material records. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial site management. B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of civil materials, RCC, finishing work, plumbing, and electrical coordination. Experience in vendor management, labor handling, and procurement. Basic AutoCAD. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
