Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions. Your role will involve creating high-performance backend services and user-friendly frontend dashboards to monitor, analyze, and enhance RAN performance. As a Senior Software Developer based in Bangalore (Hybrid), with 4 to 8 years of experience, your responsibilities will include leading the development of scalable backend services using Golang, architecting and optimizing React-based dashboards, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to system design. You will also be responsible for driving performance, scalability, and security enhancements, collaborating closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams, and acting as a Scrum Master in a cross-functional team. To excel in this role, you should have advanced expertise in Golang and React.js, along with experience in microservices, containerization, and CI/CD. A strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs is preferred, and leadership qualities in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration are essential.
