Roles and Responsibilities Oversee HMC programming activities for complex machining operations. Ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards for machining processes and NPD parts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using Siemens controls (S7) or Fanuc control systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings, tool selection, fixtures, CMM reports. Manage new product development projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Can handle independently all the development parts from Sample stage to still approve from customers. Need to work on Machines Practically to get done sample development parts. Must have knowledge of all CNC & Conventional Machines process & Programming.
