Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Develop and execute overall business strategy, revenue plans, and long-term organizational goals. Expand market presence for PR, study abroad, work permits, and allied immigration services. Lead diversification into new destination countries, product lines, and partnership opportunities. 2. Sales & Marketing Leadership Drive sales targets, lead conversion ratios, and branch-level performance. Establish marketing strategies for digital, offline, and referral channels. Implement client acquisition funnels, CRM optimization, and revenue forecasting. Strengthen brand positioning and market share through strategic campaigns and competitor analysis. 3. Operations & Documentation Oversight Oversee end-to-end documentation workflow for Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, and other countries. Ensure SOPs, checklists, accuracy levels, and compliance standards are maintained at 100%. Improve TAT, quality control, file audit mechanisms, and stage-wise process mapping. Implement automation, digital filing, and process optimization solutions. 4. Legal & Compliance Management Ensure all immigration processes comply with international visa regulations and documentation standards. Supervise legal case handling, client agreement templates, and contract governance. Drive risk mitigation, fraud prevention procedures, and regulatory reporting. Coordinate with legal advisors on escalated matters, complaints, and compliance audits. 5. HR & Administrative Leadership Provide leadership for recruitment, performance management, L&D frameworks, and retention plans. Strengthen organizational culture, team discipline, KPI structures, and career progression plans. Oversee administrative functions including vendor management, facility operations, and workplace compliance. 6. Technology / IT Oversight Drive digital transformation initiatives, CRM upgrades, and workflow automation. Ensure data security, client information confidentiality, and IT governance standards. Coordinate with IT teams for system integration, process digitization, and tech-driven efficiency improvements. 7. Financial Management Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting, P&L management, cost optimization, and profitability analysis. Monitor financial KPIs, branch-level revenue contributions, and operational expenditure. Support the finance team with audits, compliance reporting, and MIS dashboards. 8. Client Relationship & Service Excellence Build strong relationships with high-profile clients and key stakeholders. Ensure high satisfaction levels by improving complaint handling, transparency, and service delivery. Define service standards, client SLAs, and escalations control mechanisms. 9. Leadership & People Development Lead cross-functional teams across multiple branches and operational units. Mentor senior management, department heads, and mid-level leaders. Drive performance excellence, accountability frameworks, and leadership succession planning. 10. Organizational Governance & Board Reporting Present business performance reports, MIS insights, and strategic proposals to the Board. Ensure strong internal controls, operational discipline, and regulatory governance. Drive audit readiness, ISO processes (if applicable), and compliance manuals.
