1. Update master plan database to support business decision making.

2. Identify and evaluate the relevant technologies to communicate master plan with key stakeholders.

3. Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate and support external communication of master plan.

4. Achieve statutory compliance to master plan in coordination with statutory approvals team.

5. Organizational Initiatives

The incumbent should be proficient in GIS and other technology and would be responsible for the following:

1. Update master plan database to support business decision making.

a. Collate the master planning change requirements on monthly basis

b. Obtain sign of on changes from relevant teams and prepare draft master plan

c. Obtain approval to incorporate revised master plan in the database every quarter

d. Dissemination master plan change information to business teams.

2. Identify and evaluate the relevant technology to communicate master plan with key stakeholders.

a. Conduct review of available immersive experience technologies to conduct stakeholder engagement of master planning

b. Periodically conduct knowledge sharing session on emerging technologies.

c. Suggest implementation of new technologies with a study of gap analysis in existing systems and cost benefit analysis.

3. Collaborate with Business team to coordinate and support external communication of master plan.

a. Collate requirements of master plan communication from marketing and business development team.

b. Develop media specific master plan information packages.

c. Participate in key interaction in collaboration with marketing teams.

4. Achieve statutory compliance to master plan in coordination with statutory approvals team.

a. Research and update the modifications (proposed and approved) in relevant government regulations (DCPR-34 etc) and policies.

b. Identify risks and opportunities from the updates on regulatory and policy framework.

c. Monitor statutory approvals for master plan and specific initiatives.

c. Subordinate and team management- Handling team to deliver the assigned project within stipulated time

Essential:

B. Arch. with masters degree in urban planning/urban design

5 years in large scale projects (min 100 acre) as urban planner/designer

Preferred:

7 years in large scale projects (min 100 acre) as senior urban planner/designer
