As an Immigration Consultant at each branch, you will be responsible for managing these enquiries and promoting our services via phone, email, and in person. Provide expert advice on overseas work and immigration options, guiding candidates through their choices. Deliver accurate, up-to-date information about immigration laws and visa policies. Offer a fair, neutral evaluation of each candidate’s profile. Develop a customized global career strategy tailored to the candidate’s needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and advising customers on immigration processes. Meet and exceed assigned sales and service targets. Desired Skills and Experience A minimum of three years’ experience in a related field. Prior experience in overseas immigration services, sales, recruitment, or counselling is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Proficiency in using computers and the internet. Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet targets. Outgoing personality with a passion for learning and growth. Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
