This role merges strategic marketing, community advocacy, admissions leadership, and operational management. The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in school marketing, enrollment management, partnership development, and digital marketing, along with the ability to manage and optimize the schools Learning Management System (LMS). The position also includes responsibility for designing, implementing, and promoting select ADYPG Group projects and academic applications across partner institutions. Frequent travel to surrounding schools and organizations is required to foster relationships and drive outreach efficiency. Key Responsibilities School Advocacy, Outreach, and Admissions Develop and execute comprehensive advocacy, outreach, and admissions strategies aligned with the school’s goals and brand positioning. Manage the end-to-end admissions process—from inquiry, counseling, and follow-up to conversion and student onboarding. Build and nurture relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and key institutional partners. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or Business Administration; MBA or Master’s preferred for senior positions. 5–8 years of relevant experience in education marketing, advocacy, admissions, or outreach, ideally in international or group school settings (Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, IB, NIOS). Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing, partnerships, and enrollment operations. Proven expertise in ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, and CRM-driven lead management. Practical experience with LMS platforms and ed-tech systems. Established professional network across educational institutions, agencies, vendors, and consultants.
