The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and leading team members, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining high productivity levels. The Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training and development for staff. Qualifications Experience in team management, supervision, and leadership skills Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, and compliance Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work on-site in Tonk, and commitment to full-time work Experience in the green energy sector or similar industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
