Location: Remote | Type: Full-time / Contract We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist who can drive SEO success across both our internal brands and client projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on all aspects of SEO—from technical audits to link building—ensuring measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and authority. This is a hands-on, independent role suited for someone who can balance in-house SEO strategy with client-facing execution. Key Responsibilities Internal SEO (Company Websites & Brands) Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes across company sites. Manage GA4 and Search Console for tracking performance. Develop and execute keyword and content strategies for company growth. Optimise existing pages and ensure best practices across all digital assets. Build and manage authority through backlinks and digital PR. Client SEO Projects Lead SEO projects end-to-end (audit → implementation → reporting). Conduct in-depth keyword research and mapping based on client objectives. Optimise client websites for search visibility (meta, schema, content, internal linking). Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, directory listings. Build high-quality backlinks through outreach in relevant industries. Prepare and present clear, actionable monthly reports to clients. Qualifications & Skills 4–7+ years of proven SEO experience (mix of in-house and client-side preferred). Strong technical SEO expertise (audits, GA4, Search Console, schema markup). Skilled in keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy. Understand of HTML and CSS Proven track record in building and executing link-building campaigns. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and reporting skills for both internal and client teams. Tools You’ll Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Search Console SEMrush WordPress or Custom CMS Excel/Google Sheets (for tracking & reporting) Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000/month The final package will depend on experience and proven project results.
