Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator cum Designer to manage the day-to-day operations of our digital printing and cutting machines, while also handling basic to intermediate design work in CorelDRAW. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production, maintain machine efficiency, create print-ready files when needed, and deliver high-quality output for packaging and printing jobs. Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor digital printing machines (e.g., Konica, Ricoh) for various print jobs. Operate cutting machines (manual or automatic) to trim printed materials to required sizes. Perform daily startup checks, cleaning, and basic machine maintenance. Ensure accurate color, alignment, and print quality before final output. Load media/paper, manage print settings, and handle job queues. Create and edit print files using CorelDRAW as per job specifications. Coordinate with the designer/supervisor for job approvals and production instructions. Track material usage and assist in managing inventory of print media and consumables. Promptly report any machine issues to avoid production downtime. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace. Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital printing and/or cutting machine operation (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in CorelDRAW with ability to make layout changes, prepare files, and create simple designs. Basic knowledge of file formats (PDF, CDR, AI, etc.) and the digital printing process. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of materials and operate machinery. Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines. Working Hours: Full-time | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
