About the job: As a Telecaller at Gautam Modi Group Car Dealers, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our clients and driving sales through effective communication. Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers. 2. Handle incoming calls and provide information about products/services. 3. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries. 4. Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets. 6. Work on making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided. 7. Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within the business sectors. 8. Work on handling customers & their complaints. 9. Work on managing and scheduling appointments for procedures 10. Convert the calls to new business leads. 11. Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
