Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PPC (Production Planning and Control) specialist located in Rajkot. The PPC specialist will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating various production processes. Daily tasks include developing production schedules, managing workflow to achieve efficiency, tracking materials, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products. Additional responsibilities include analyzing production specifications, assessing resources required, and working closely with different departments to monitor and improve production processes. Qualifications Strong understanding of production planning and control processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics Proficiency in using production planning software and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
