Role & responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for international students and clients seeking rental and student housing solutions in Georgia (Tbilisi). Coordinate end-to-end property operations including inquiry handling, property allocation, booking coordination, and post-move-in support. Liaise daily with overseas teams, property to ensure smooth execution of rental and housing operations. Manage client communication through WhatsApp, and calls with a strong focus on service quality and response time. Handle basic compliance coordination, and internal process tracking related to property rentals and student housing. Resolve client issues and escalations professionally while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools, Excel, and internal trackers. Support operational improvements by identifying gaps in processes and suggesting efficiency enhancements. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, timelines, and service standards. Work closely with internal stakeholders across education consultancy and real estate operations to deliver a seamless client experience. Preferred candidate profile Any graduate; postgraduate qualification (MBA / PG Diploma in Operations, Management, or International Business) is preferred but not mandatory. Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools. Exposure to international clients, students, or overseas operations will be a strong advantage. Willingness to grow into a managerial role based on performance.
